Shipping policy

We offer FREE GROUND shipping within the continental U.S. on orders over $175.

Expedited Shipping

We do not offer expedited shipping within the continental U.S. at this time.

Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Standard orders typically ship within 48 hours (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Pre-orders will ship once the product becomes available. 

Delivery times may vary, but most orders arrive within seven business days from the date of fulfillment.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered to the address provided for orders that have been opted out of Route Package Protection. We cannot cancel Route Package Protection once the order has shipped.

If you did not receive your order, please report it to care@myschone.com within two business days.

Pre-Orders 

All pre-orders are charged at time of order fulfillment. Shipping dates will vary.
